"We booked this hotel out of sheer desperation because every hotel was booked for miles. The internet pictures are deciving. We had to advance pay 50% and then while checking in at 1:00am in the morning pay the remainder. The bright white fluroescent lights contrasted with the general dimness of the whole property. I am not sure what was worse the filthy stained glasses in the room or the unfinished roads that lead to the entrance of the hotel. Easy one of the worst places I stayed. As an ndividual travelling for business could be stomached - but why. With a family stay clear of this ridiculous property. By contrast the staff were not bad. Somewhat responsive and they made good tea. Most items on the menu are unavailable. Overall awful."

"I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel. The property lacks even the most basic safety measures, especially for solo female guests. The room doors have no internal locking system, meaning they can be opened anytime using a master key from outside. The balcony doors also don’t lock properly, and the balconies are interconnected with neighboring rooms — a major safety risk. After noticing these issues, I immediately decided to vacate the hotel within an hour of check-in after trying two of their different rooms alloted. However, the owner refused to refund the payment of ₹23,200 for four nights, even though I hadn’t stayed beyond that short period. Though the payment was made directly — ₹10,000 via bank transfer in advance and ₹13,200 via GPay — yet they used that as an excuse to deny the refund citing the resevation was done through booking.com. The rating shown for this hotel is very misleading and not worth the merit. The hotel is located in an isolated area with very few nearby buildings, adding to the sense of insecurity. The staff appeared untrained and unprofessional — mostly young boys without any sense of hospitality or customer service. Overall, I found the place unsafe, unprofessional, and run by people with a careless attitude toward guests’ safety and comfort. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for solo travelers and that to for female visitors."

"Over priced room during the Indusfood. Very poor rooms and service. Lack of staff and facility. Tv and remote didn't work. Restaurant delay in preparing food over an hour. Staff layed back. Don't even clean the rooms properly. Fans were so dirty. Unless u have no option and have to pay rs 2500 for this place then ok to just sleep for the night. Very near location to Indusfood venue."

"Please **do not book this hotel** — I made that mistake, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. First of all, the rooms look like a boys’ hostel — I’ve honestly stayed in better and cleaner rooms back in my college hostel. The pictures online are completely misleading. The most shocking part: I returned around **2:30 AM**, and **Gate No. 1 (Pari Chowk side)** was locked. There was **no staff or security guard** around, and the hotel staff didn’t even bother to **answer my calls**. I was stranded outside till **4 AM** and had to ask random people on the road for help. Only then did I find **Gate No. 2**, which was open — but again, no guard there either. When I finally entered, the staff had the audacity to question **where I had been going** instead of apologizing. The **food is terrible**, absolutely third-class quality. The property may look decent from the outside, but don’t be fooled — the rooms are poorly maintained, service is unprofessional, and safety is a major concern. **Avoid this property at all costs.**"

"Lime Tree Hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with polite staff and quick service. Rooms are well-maintained, and the location is convenient for travellers. Overall, a good budget-friendly option for a short stay."
